Wow, Gazetto have lost their freakin' minds over this motor thing. Like, 1: It's a disc with a feckload of momentum. 2: The cranks aren't spinning. 3: It stops as soon as the tyre touches the ground again, without the rider having touched anything in the handlebars. If it had a motor in it would have ripped itself out of his hands and taken off down the road on its own when he was trying to pick it up.

And that would have been worth watching!

Madone vs Vias cockpits.. In regards to the Trek front end, the routing through that bar/stem combo is really clean and clever (especially with Di2). There are specific ports for each cable and/or wire that you drop through and the spacers split if you need to add/subtract them.

If he's 70kg he needs to get on a diet to lose some weight. KH is likely several KG less than 70.

Yeah KH probably even lighter. The avg power numbers alone while in the break for hours are insane not even accounting for variability. Wow

interwebs claims he's about 71kg , he doesn't look entirely that small. In both height and build.

Interesting:
-Mildronate prevents the breakdown of fatty acids, which take a more molecules to oxidate than CHO. Goes in the face of the whole high fat obsession people that don't understand lipid oxidation have.
-Decreases blood lactate while increasing CHO oxidation. Pretty amazing considering that usually CHO oxidation goes hand-in-hand with high blood lactate concentrations.

-Mildronate improves functional parameters of the heart activity, the drug increases physical work capabilities, increases the rate of the
organism rehabilitation after maximal and sub-maximal loads, hyper-loads, it activates CNS functions and protects against stress.

This stuff is basically an endurance athlete's wondering drug and was only banned as of late 2015. The test for it was only developed then as well. Given where and when it was developed and the study populations it was done on I'd really be interested to see a push for retroactive testing for this substance. Unfortunately for users it is really easy to detect even at low levels: http://pilarmartinescudero.es/OctNov15/ ... grafia.pdf
