Shiny Bikes were rather unreliable, although advertising some very LOW prices.
They seem to have gone out of business.
The best bets are still Wiggle, Chain Reaction, Evans Cycles and Ribble.
Total Cycling is OK but often out of stock after having accepted payment or items take a while before shipping.
In Australia Bike Bug is is also competitive on price for many items and ship very quickly.
