Some real good options in here. The abbey tools and silca pump are indeed very attractive. Allow me to narrow the search. anything up to €50,- ($55)
The campagnolo cavatappi corkscrew and a couple of abbey tools are already in use in the household. To bad many a bottle of wine comes with a screw on cap nowadays.

Can you think of something that you would like to have, this can be anything running from a sweater to a ballpoint pen.

These cuff links from the swedish company Skultuna made in brass.
I got a pair and they're really sweet looking and a perfect accessorie for the cycle nerd.

Quite a few nice options on cyclingsouvenirs.com

I bought a friend a set of the espresso cups last year and was very impressed - and he seemed rather please too. There's been some nice additions to the site site since then too.

I suspect this might be a bit over the desired price range!

on a more serious note (or at least a more economical one) if the recipient is a coffee drinker, these are cool:

That mug is insanely beautiful! Unfortunately it is also insanely priced.

I found these espresso cups a year or so ago. They have other mugs as well.

Those are nice. Can you have a look at the bottom of one to see who manufactured the cup? Thx.

Thank you, sir. That's what I thought. I guess I'll be ordering at least one of these.
