I know that the ACCC (Atlantic Coast Collegiate Cycling conference) has a rest weekend planned around that weekend. I expect I'll be out that way from Blacksburg, VA.

I don't know if you would be even able to ride on the course outside of the world's organised event. I thought that the last climb up Governor Street is a one way road with the race going against the normal flow of traffic. Can anyone local confirm this?
