99% they send what ordered, if make mistake fix it easy. good communication, this year higher prices than competitors. still no REAL DHL service … German Post only. Dumb prices on shipping "bulky" goods like wheelsets f.e. .

One of the best bike shops I have ever had the chance to deal with.
Also the best prices you can find in Europe.
I can only recommend them.
PS: In my case, 6 Euro flat rate shipping, no matter if a washer or a whole bike.

You can always ask our hosts to price match any offer you find on the internet, specially from other german retailers. But Bike comp is also a top retailer.

Been shopping at bike-components.de for years now without any kind of problem. They usually ship the same, or the next day. One of the very best european webshops.

would be good if they offered a premium shipping, like FedEx etc.

this local DHL to me takes around 14days :-(

Actually the german post is superb, I live in Mexico and I receive packages in less than 2 weeks, and the delays are usually because of the local post.

What is not to like about them? :)

Rapidly responding to customer mails and requests, they have a wide range of components and accessories, great prices and reasonable shipping costs and quick dispatch.

Oh, just that HUF-EUR exchange ratio is getting out of control
