When I needed to have the rear triangle of my 1984 Pinarello cold set to accommodate a modern rear axle (was the old standard of 126mm), I took it to da Vinci Designs, a custom frame builder (they primarily build very cool tandems, but do single bikes as well). They did a great job and tweaked the alignment of the whole frame to make it perfect, too. They have a fancy alignment table (they build in steel, stainless steel and Ti) and can easily handle that job. They are in S Denver (1264 S Jason St). I would also trust the mechanics at City Velo and Nice Bikes, but those are not as close to SW.
