Buying my first pair of high-end bib shorts

I have tried Giordana Forma Red Carbon which was made by Ale'. The leg length is normal. It seems there is a shorter (5cm shorter) version as well.

I do buy castelli, the higher end ones when they are on sale. However, I usually get only 1-2yrs out of them before they start falling apart. I have assos bibs that are coming up on over a decade of use and are still hanging in there.
As a previous poster said, you get what you pay for...

I like Castelli and Giordana. Pretty disappointed in my Capo and Assos chamois.
