upload failed

Saterday I installed the beta software 3.28beta on my garmin edge810. Yesterday I road with my bike 77km and at the end when i wanted to save my ride, my garmin said 'upload failed' and I can't find that trip anymore.
Can anyone help me to find that trip back, are there hidden documents on the garmin or so?
Today I had i ride to my work and again the garmin said 'upload failed', but now I can find the ride on my garmin.
Strange, but I think this is not normal that my garmin sais 'upload failed'
