The claim was Cav would bring his own sponsor to MTN to cover the salaries (he's also bring leadout). He wants to race track @ Rio Olympics so that would reduce his commitment to road next year anyway. MTN might be perfectly for him.

Not if Farrar crashes the entire train out.

I think the team is "Cipollini Assali Stefen Alè".

An italian U23 team I believe.

I don't think Lightweight is their official wheel sponsor though...

I got a chuckle out of this quote from Valverde after today's stage:

“I knew it was him (Sagan) because I kept getting flashes of his hair."

Much obliged
It seems Shimano & Vision are the team sponsors so having EPS and Lightweight on his tt bike might cause a bit of aggro :D

I also get a pretty good laugh out of Sagan post-race interviews as well. I was hoping he'd allude to the size of his testicles again. Great finish today though!

For 2015 it looks like they are on Campagnolo groupsets, but official wheel sponsor seems to be Deda.

Also they are using POC helmets in 2015.

Ryder to TFR.

Well Cannondale/Garmin said they were going to focus on younger riders. It's a good thing because all of the veterans have jumped ship. Not sure if this is a good move for Trek. Ryder hasn't put out much results in a while.

LOL cycling is so 'what have you done for me lately'.

Top 5 GC in the Giro and a GT stage win in the past year isn't enough?

Pretty funny Matt Cook tweeting that he saw Tommy D out training with a Garmindale car supporting.

Typical TFR.... Contracting a rider/Ryder who is way past his top-level...
On the other hand: ik think Hesjedal with his "all or nothing" way of riding could be a good sucessor for Jens Voigt....

Ryder would easily be a support rider with a bit of freedom. He's super consistent. Performs well at Grand Tours and in the Ardennes. He is also someone to watch in the Canadian GP's. I think it's a good addition for the team and bodes well for their desired success at the Grand Tours.
