edit- Chaves w/ an 's' not a 'z'

I would say yes about Chaves, didn't ride the Tour so is Fresh like Aru and Pozzovivo. Seems like most the riders that are coming out of the Tour are still a bit tired.
Dumoulin I don't know, as a Dutchman I would love to say yes, but I think his priorities are on the World TT's so he might even drop out the Vuelta before the end. But it's remarkable how well he rides. His first race since dropping out of the Tour and directly on top form. Wonder what he's gonna be in the future, keep his focus on TT's and maybe 1 week races, go for the classics (I think he's build for it) or go for GC on the grand tours (a GC win in a race with enough TT km's should be doable).

Roche commenting on Nibali and sport's credibility is laughable.

I tend to agree with Roche, despite his hypocrisy. Watching these domestiques taking 6 or 7 sticky water bottles in a row gets a bit ridiculous. Ride the damn bike. It's your job.

I can't remember who it was at the Tour, I think it was Majka in a break, but there was a TV shot of a guy taking a 5 second sticky bottle, looking at it, throwing it away and taking another 5 second sticky bottle straight after! At least try and be subtle

Sagan taken out by motorbike. Kicking it on live TV.

I predict the UCI fines him.

Shimano strikes again by the looks of it. Wonder if the motorbike even knew he took down Sagan because he kept driving on from what I could see.

Is there any footage of the actual crash?

The shimano-moto stopped 20m further. You see the guy in blue peeking behind that white sign? That's him.

I realise it must suck to get taken out but what a prima donna temper tantrum. It like his TDF tantrum turned up to 11  New Cuddles? :D

I see nothing wrong with his reaction. Its the moto's job to drive in these types of races and there have been so many incidents this year of them hitting riders somehow that I'd be nervous to ride anywhere near them if I were them.

Countdown until people on here claim that Sagan got taken out because he was on the ViAS

I agree - nothing wrong with his reaction at all.

It's understandable but not really an acceptable way to behave. I don't think punching a car in the street will go down well with the owner just because someone else pissed me off. Plenty of riders have been taken out but none have spat their dummy out in quite the same way as far as I can remember. Not the end of the world but a bit of a melodramatic response.

Apparently he got fined for his reaction giving the sport a bad image...
