Could any Belgium residents confirm - when I was there last year and was chatting with Belgie female cycling fans, none seemed bothered by the Sagan incident. They laughed. Even those not really in to cycling failed to see what the fuss was about. But did find the outrage in parts of the world amusing.

Is that fair representation of the feelings in the country? Or was my sample skewed?

Although I think I read he had some sort of hypertrophic muscle condition that suggested this was not the obvious case of steroid abuse that it looks like!
