New wheels or new groupset?

So, i ride a BMC TMR02 specced with Ultegra 6800, should i keep my Ultegra and get a pair of the new Bora Ones or should i swap my Ultegra for a Super Record 11s? I'm a triathlete so i'll use the Boras only in races and idk what to choose between the two options
