Not quite in Bahstahn, but just outside it in Lexington is Ride Studio Cafe. It is supposed to be fantastic.

cambridge bicycle is neat, they had some awesome "vintage" bikes laying around when i was there some years ago.

and there is harris cyclery in newton, which will be a familiar name if you've ever heard of sheldon brown.
