2014 Tour de France
I can't watch it live but would like to watch it later. Can I do that online from a free streaming website?????
I was able the watch the Giro on YouTube but they cracking down on it. :(

steephill.tv usually has links to highlights packages from reputable sources
cyclingtorrents.nl always has the stages for download fairly readily, though you need an account and to be able to seed back to keep a healthy ratio.

If you're in the US and have a major cable/satellite provider, you can watch through the NBCSports app. They also have previous stages on there, but I didn't try that out.

The NBC Sports app works great. I've replayed all the stages and the picture quality is great.

NBCSN is horrendous and is not worth even considering. Do yourself a favor and watch either the ITV4 or EuroSport coverage (if you are English speaking).

I'm in the US and don't subscribe to any cable or satellite service so an AceStream client and wiziwig.tv are what I use.
Almost everything else is forbidden due to geo-restrictions or require subscription services like NBCSN.
