I don't think we've seen it yet, there will be some super revolution and we'll see a bike with steel seat stays or head tube or something...

I know it's not quite World Tour, but at least on the Continental Circuit, possibly even Pro Continental in the years to come there is at least one team I know of.

Looks like in 2013 at least one Rapha Condor JTL rider was on the Super Acciaio (steel) but the official team bike is the carbon Leggero. It is a very classically styled carbon bike though.
