My club has a design that I'm not too fond of. It's the jersey shown in the bottom(red and green)
Basically it looks like it was designed by an accountant, which is probably is. Although red and green are my 2 favorite colours, they just don't work together on a kit design like this. The people responsible for our clothing are open to suggestions when it comes to new designs, so I want to bring something new to the table, but unlike them I know my limitations - I'm by no means a graphical designer. I know which colours I like, and I know which designs I like, but I have no skills in creating a finished product that looks good.
So anyone in here that have the skills to help me create some suggestions? What do you charge etc?

You're right, red and green looks rather awful. The red scheme at the top actually looks good to me.
Not too fond of that "cafe" logo, it looks like a flower. See if you can get the color changed on the cafe logo (or make it less noticeable with a colored panel).

Could you list the sponsors in order of ranking/priority? Is there a title sponsor? What is the name of the club?
Are there any "absolutely not!" type concepts that the team would not consider, such as large panels of white (some people don't like white kits)... ?

Haha, the cafe logo is actually a mistanke. The white part that makes it look like a flower was supposed to be transparent, but Nalini messed it up.

Name of the club is Ordrup CC.
No title sponsor.
Sponsor ranking:
Danske Bank
Nykredit(side panels of the jersey)
Falsing
Cafe Jorden Rundt
Europcar
The rest are more or less equal.
Large parts of white is a big no go. Bibs predominantly black, but I'd like them to have a bit of colour similar in style of these:
A black jersey with red and white accents won't do, as there are too many danish cycling teams with that type of jersey. Otherwise, no restrictions of colour. I know that it's important for the team that the kit stands out, and is easily recognised in the peleton.
