What's faster on HED3 clincher,Bontr.aero tt or Conti GP tt?

Been riding my HED 3 clincher front wheel so far with the Bontrager aero tt tire which fits nicely and flush on the narrow 19mm rim but rolling resistance is rather high compared to the Continental GP tt tire, running both with latex inner tubes, which setup would you recommend and why?
