Is there any Allen head Shimano derailleur options out there?

I hate the Phillips screws and have worn out one on my fd.

Fwiw, Shimano ultegra 6600 rear and dura ace 7700 front derailleur.

they're going to be 4mm x .75, which is a very rare spec for screws - i doubt you'll find anything off the shelf,
