Note that stiffness pertains to the range (scale) of eigenvalue magnitudes in a system under study. The wider the range of eigenvalues, the stiffer the system, and the more computationally challenging it is to analyze. So aerodynamic stiffness would pertain to the difference in magnitudes of interacting aerodynamic effects across various contributing factors. A true test of juanmoretime's course mastery will be when he can spell out the aerodynamic equivalent to the storied "laterally stiff while vertically compliant"
