Heard a loud pop about 30Km into my ride on a sprint. I did about 45K total, and didn't feel anything or hear anything out of the ordinary after. When I went to clean off some grit I noticed it, (I clean the bikes after every ride so I know it happened today). I bought it last year when I was managing a Specialized store and my rep already said he'd take care of it. I'm just bummed because I likely wont see it for a while and will not be able to replace the same color but we'll see. I am in Amsterdam till April and my other bike is in the States so I may go grab an an Allez or something to train on till then.

Thanks for the link. If I do not go the warranty route, when I get back to the States in April I'll likely send it to them, or Calfe.

Just have one of the Spider Monkeys pack your C59 up and send it over...

I'll be back in Chicago in April so it's not really worth it.

Get the Allez and put your parts on it while you wait for your replacement

Be careful, if you do that. You might not want to change back

If you ride a 55 or 56 I can lend you a bike for a few weeks. I'm only 90km north of Amsterdam.

Hey, super nice of you to offer but I am on a 58. I'll venture over to Kaptein this weekend and see if they can hook me up with a demo or rental for the next few weeks but that was really nice of you to offer.
Alternatively if there's anything I can hook you up with please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks.

Let's meet up and go for a ride sometime. I'm on the velodrome today and tomorrow. But I could probably get a free day this week.
