With a UCI License you can ride in Canada. As for events you need to narrow down to location and time of year.

Canada is literally the same size of all of Europe, you're going to have to be more specific as to where you are going to be.

As crewman said, what time of year and where? What category do you race? And yes, you can race with a UCI license.

I live and primarily race in the Yukon Territory. Aside from the 12 or so club races we have per season there is the KCIBR every June, which is be Kluane Chilkat international Bike Relay. It is a 240 km race that can be done solo and is basically what us northern roadies train for all year. It's an awesome event and no UCI license is required. I placed third last year and hope to improve this year. If you can make it up here you will not be dissappointed.

Here's the one for Québec province:

In Québec you have to provide a letter from your federation allowing you to participate in regional, and provincial events. For national and international, it's ok:

What part of Ontario? When in the spring? The races tend to be clustered in the spring, which makes no sense in Canada-but that is the OCA.
Ontario is a huge province there are typical Tuesday night crit, Thursday TT in most big cities.
I live around London, (there is a small velodrome here too if you want to bring track bike). Feel free to PM me about any info you want, I can probably bump you to some other people in other areas or at least highlight some of the rides.

Welcome to Ontario! If you are in the TOronto area, there are lots of races.
Midweek is the main club for weekly races. http://www.midweekclub.ca/

I'm on the other side of the country in British Columbia, but hit me up for advice/events if you make it out this way!
