I was interested in mail ordering a litespeed frame (ironic they have a better deal than I can find in the US), but wasn't sure how reliable they are, especially since I am located in the states. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Evans is great, very reliable from my experience, up there with Wiggle.

I think there is a USD 250 shipping charge for a frame when buying from Evans.

On a side note, I notice Wiggle can't ship Litespeed frames to the U.S, some sort of restriction, not sure if the same will apply to Evans.

Evans is arguably one of the largest bike retailers in the UK. They have hundreds of branches across the country.
Not a fan, but they won't run with your cash, if that is what you are asking.

Thanks folks. I was worried about having issues with receiving merchandise. For instance I heard that bikeinn.com in Spain was terrible.

Frames are classed as bulky items. Free international shipping over £500. Delivery of a Litespeed frame is okay.

You understand that you will have to pay a shit load of tax to get that frame off your customs people?
