My word! Thanks guys! Did not expect this.
You'll be pleased to know I was totally anti-WW and had a day of no riding at all and adding to my body weight with by spending it at a winery. Antipasto and glasses aplenty. For those not from Australia (or Aussies who have not been there) cannot recommend the Hunter Valley highly enough if terrific food (dairy especially) and wine are your thing.
