Hi everyone.
I'm going to be in Atlanta this weekend and wonder what are the good shops to try and see?
Not really interested in concept stores e.g. Trek, Specialized.
Anyone with a great selection of clothing would be cool, high end road stuff is always a favourite too. . . .

All 3 Sports has always come up in searches, only been in there one time. The HUB, but it is in Athens.

I think there may be only one high end shop like you speak of on the east coast, maybe two. R&A in NY, and Glory Cycles in Greenville. Glory does not keep a large inventory, but they put out some high end builds.

Atlanta Cycling on Piedmont is my favorite in Atlanta. Trek/Cannondale/Scott/Cervelo/Wilier dealer. They have a nice selection of stuff. I get my Castelli from them. The guys that work there know absolutely everything.
- Zipp rims will break if you look at them too hard
- R-Sys wheels will spontaneously explode
- The ZG crankset will never, ever exist
- Everyone needs Lightweights, even if they're fat and old
- Parts actually made of metal are SO 10 years ago

Atlanta Cycling is my favorite LBS as well, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it. All they have on the showroom is a bunch of Trek and Cannondales, and a few Cervelos (and one Moots which has been there forever, and the occasional Wilier).
Yeah, I used to live north Atlanta. Some good quality shops. Good service. All rather pedestrian though, as far as stock on hand. Nothing like the high end boutique shops we have in the Bay Area.
