I saw this ad (rather than post a link I copied the description):

Scott Foil Carbon Bike in Excellent Condition.
Size 54cm frame. ( will easily fit someone from 5.4" to 6")

This bike is amazingly light at a mere 13lbs with race wheels.
it comes with Sram Force groupset, deda ultralightweight stem, ritchey carbon wcs handlebar, and mavic lightweight wheels ( not the carbon ones pictured).
New tire and tubes, chain and handlebar tape are installed.
They described it as a scott foil premium.

I'm doubting it's 13 lbs, especially with words like "force", "deda" and mavic wheels that are not carbon, of course they did say "w/ race wheels".
Speedplay is the devil!

It would never touch 13lbs at that build. In NY you can race any wheelset and call them race wheels...lol

The scott foil premium is the top of the range foil but it is definitely not that light. How much did they want for it? The Foil Premium usually retails for around $12,000.
