At £10.99 with free postage (UK) I received one of the Superstar mounts today. Seems like a nicely made unit and I like the plastic mounting insert. If there is a negative it is that it's relatively weighty at 43g so it's not the weight weenie choice. My raceware mount by contrast comes in at 13g.

43g? This is WW and that is blasphemy.
Anyone tried the new K-edge yet?
Curious as to weight and the space between a Garmin 500/200 unit and stem.

I bought the new K-Edge (w/ plastic insert) for my 810 but had been previously been using a BarFly 1.0. I much prefer the K-Edge for the 810, but think it places the smaller 500/200 computers a bit too far out (510 would probably look okay), so would probably opt for something else if I was still running one of those. The K-Edge has a much more positive 'click' than the BarFly, which was a little hard to tell when it was locked in.

Still think the pre-revision K-Edge is the best option, at least for the 500/510 style. Adjustable length helps with clearance, crazy beefy and pretty light to boot.

Do you have a picture of that stem ?

I have tried the SRAM mount - found it to be very flimsy and my 705 vibrates a lot when using it. It seems ok with the lighter Garmin 500
I now use the Garmin mount on one bike and it works well
I have a K Edge on my other bike. Very adjustable and solid, a few grams heavier than the Garmin mount, but hold the 705 very securely.
Sometimes a few more grams results in a more reliable product.
Looking at Tilquists work I think I need one, the slickest looking of them sll
