I've ordered quite a few of their chainrings and been trying to get a hold of them (Stephen or anyone who can handle an order) to place another order. It's been almost 6 weeks with 2 follow-up emails in between and still no response.

Has anyone been able to successfully correspond with them lately? Email address I've been using is: sales@fibre-lyte.co.uk

Thanks in advance.

I emailed them last week, got a response same day, ordered a few chainrings no problem.
Same email address as you....

Thanks -- I PM'd Stephen through FB and he responded. Apparently he responded to my email several times but kept getting a Microsoft Exchange... error. All good now.
