I have to agree...return service has been great! I don't have loads of money to spend but I think Rapha the gear is well worth it...and I don't look like a cycling billboard!

The repair service is great- if they can fix it, they will. Nice to know that when you're spending a lot on a jersey

Ordered 2 x classic jerseys in red & black plus 1 x pair of classic bib shorts...I ordered too big a size & returned them for the next size down...only received two of the items back but expect it to be resolved shortly...
Such nice gear & the service is excellent despite the distance...

whelp they emailed me and confirmed they can fix my brevet long sleeve and wind vest. Im eager to see how they fixed it!

A tip for anyone buying Rapha gear...drop down a size if you previously wore Assos.

not always true. Rapha Team Pro fits a tad tighter than Assos. true on some of the Rapha Merino jerseys in regular fit...but not all the time.

I found my small Rapha Pro Team jersey fits about the same as my medium Assos S13 jersey.
