You can check http://isc.eu, based in Estonia. Problably not much cheaper than Western-European manufacturers (if that's what you're aiming at), though.

Hi,

I'm located in Poland and I can recommend Vitesse sportswear. They have better quality and materials than the Quest I think and I have used both for my team clothes.

Quest is run by Maja Wloszczowska & co. i haven't seen it but folks out there say it's pretty nice. it's a new brand so they probably still figure things out

it's not a well known fact that VERGE is also a polish company, although almost completely unknown and absent in the domestic market..

not eastern european companies but both Assos and Campagnolo outsource manufacturing of some of their clothing products to eastern europe.

I'm pretty sure that in the early 90's, our team used Vitesse (it was a "U.S" company here). The clothing said Vitesse on it. I remember the Verge guys would go to Poland where they said their factory was, they'd bring back order accessories in their carry-on luggage

Verge Sport is an American company with their own manufacturing facility in Poland. They used to be called Vitesse.

I believe that Campagnolo also makes their clothing in Eastern Europe. Cannot recall where though. Romania? :noidea:
Road bike: Cervelo R3, Campagnolo Chorus/Record mix...
Supercommuter: Jamis Renegade...
Oldie but goodie: De Rosa Professional Slx, Campagnolo C-Record...
And you can call me Macktastik Honey Pete Kicks, thank you.

Correct, Romania.
They also make many of their components in Romania.
