Just a heads up, 24 x 1 1/8 rims have an ISO bead seat diameter of 520 mm, and for the most part are not compatible with 24 x 1 3/8 tires, which have a bead seat diameter of 540 mm. Also the second link is for a 20" rim.

That's why you buy these tires that are made for those type of rims. How do I know I bought the same only in 20 x 1 1/8 rim size from the bmx racing shop in my town. http://www.amazon.com/Intense-Micro-Kno ... B0049Z8OQY
