I was talking about this with friends yesterday. Would you like being driven by a driverless car? Would you feel safe and secure?

Personally, I'd like some sort of autopilot which I could switch on when on the motorway (freeway)/boring roads and then off when on more fun roads.
They might make vehicles side swiping cyclists less common if the cars were scanning the road ahead for obstacles.

Any thoughts?
