Isn't phallenthoul the owner/person at Neo Cycles? He is a member on the forum here and as been logged on as recently as today. Not sure if he will join the discussion or not.

Patrick is a great guy. I just bought a frame from him, and I cannot speak enough how easy of a transaction it was. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone!

Patrick here.
I'm in good health now and working full time. I can respond to your inquiries any time.
I can't access to BikeForum pages since a long time ago. I can't view the threads not to mention post replies.
For the record, I don't owe any customer anything. The Wilier Le Roi buyer got his warranty replacement. No sure if he posted that as well..

Resurrecting this, as I'd like to know if Patrick / Neo Cycles is still around.

If I missed their demise, pls let me know.

Thanks!
