Not actually, since the team harks back to Mapei-GB, at least.
Lots of ex-highroad people in that team.

The Omega Pharma Quick Step staff probably contains the highest number of people who should be kicked out of pro cycling. Lefevere, Ibarguren, Van Mol, Riepenhof, etc.
