Spend less time posting on the internet.

Ride my MTB aka the shred sled more often.

Race said shred sled.

Upgrade to 2, slay some races.

Upgrade shred sled.

My goal is to be able to sprint to 38mph on a flat surface. Last time I went into full sprint was the weekend I built my bike (2 months ago) and I was able to hit 35.1mph.

I have work to do...
Long live the horizontal top tube, standard crankset, and Italian threaded bottom bracket.

micky: It's getting close...

Ok, I'll try to get my FTP up to 5 W/kg aswell.. Definitely need to shed some extra kilos still.. even though I'm 190cm and 75 kgs there's quite a bit of belly fat left. I guess I could get pretty low.

And.. I'll be more dilligent in doing 40/20s and such.. they have definitely helped me a lot this year.

Ride the Civil War Century without being forced off the course due to tornadoes. (Those ride organizers are such pussies)

Lose 32.4lb of blubber, seeing as that's what my DH/AM/Enduro/'whatever we're calling it this week' bike weighs, and it's probably realistic, and the idea of carying that bike arorund with me all day every day makes the excess weight seem really excessive!

Do more miles by bike than by car. I always like this challenge as it makes commuting miles count double and add's an incentive to get out of bed on a winter morning! It was never going to happen this year though as I did 22,000miles in the car!

Maybe enter the Gorrick enduro and aim to finish less than a lap down on the leader. Last time I entered I only avoided DFL by staying out for more laps in properly shitty conditions than most people and trashing every moving part of my bike in the mud!

I really like the car vs. bike kilometers challenge...

Great idea!

Would have ridden more then I drove both this year and last except for racing. Driving to races really racks up the miles.

UCI has published new calendar, we have lots of 1.1 and 1.2 races, so probably I can include delivering good results and hopefully getting some UCI points as my goal next season!

1. stay rubber side down
2. get hit by fewer cars while training

all other things are extraneous

Haha! Same for me, except replace Kate and Susanna with Fox News anchors Megyn Kelly and Martha Maccallum.....

Funnily enough these were my goals last year which I achieved with some style! Well apart from winning the tours or sleeping with any of these ladies!

This year my goals are more realistic, I'm going to basically become Mario Cippolini!

Oh and get from 4th Cat to 2nd Cat racing in a season!
