Rudy Project RX options

Currently i own 2 pair; Noyz and Genetyk.
My Prescription:
O.D
Sphere: -125
Cylinder/Axis: -050 X 20
O.S
Sphere:-150
Cyclinder/Axis: -050 X 170
I have no clue of what that is, but i am able to see well for close distance objects eg. around 50m. But for further objects exceeding 100m, i cant see really well.
Currently i have the options to go either RX insert or Shamir RX Gold Mirror lens for Rudy project.
Are the inserts likely to fog, given that i live in a hot and humid country?
And also how are the quality of shamir lens compared to rudy original lens. Thanks.
