I'd wear it. No different that a guy in a basketball jersey. It has classic style. As long as you don't have WC stripes on everything you own, you won't look like an idiot. A second thought might be....do you like it? Wear whatever makes you happy.

I bought a Banesto yellow jersey back in 1992 as I thought Indurain was the bees knees when I was 18 years old. It still gets worn on summer rides.
