Only one rider out of an entire team is choosing to go mechanical instead of Di2, so I think there is no reason to blow this out of proportion. I understand they are sponsored and what not, but if it was that much of an issue and affected the team's competitiveness, I am sure it would have been addressed.

Don't worry about the gruppo. What about the weight - 7.56kg?

Surely Cancellara would've won in Seraing with a lighter bike?

On bikerumor they reviewed a Domane with DI2 and Aeolus 5 wheels in size 60 and it was 6.87kg. So where does the extra weight come from? Must be the engine :P
