I ordered some brakes from Starbike.com and was wondering if I should be alarmed that they haven't returned my emails. I payed with paypal so the item has been payed for. The item was 4-6 week wait time and I'm really no hurry just a little concerned about the lack of communication.

I bought a Cervelo frame from them and it was shipped to CA in the time they said that it would take. I would order from them again!

I have a pending order from them and all my emails were answered within 24hrs. This is my first time ordering from them. Just like you my part is a 4 weeks wait. And yesterday I asked them to add another part with no problem. BTW my order is due next week.

Thats why I think its odd I have sent like 5 emails. No response. Ill try calling early morning.
