Now I'm confused. This scan http://www.imagebanana.com/view/s4yb56jo/6.jpg has Lightweight Meilenstein C down as winner with a score of 2.0. Cf http://www.imagebanana.com/view/n8a25bmn/7.jpg with the Ritchey scoring 2.4.

They were tested as allround wheelset, so I guess LW is kind of a different winner. Dont speak german so cannot tell for sure.

this similar tour test (aero wheels) might help interpret some info on the above page copies - it's in english, there's at least one wheel common to both

Let me try to summarize the article:
The wheels were tested on:
25% - Aerodynamics: wheels were put into a Canyon F8 (big ole round tubed bike) with a dummy on top of it. The power needed to go 45 km/h was averaged over five different yaw angles (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20). This includes rolling resistance from the tires (see first note).
20% - Gewicht - Weight. Surprises me that this isn't more important than aerodynamics, weight is usually one of the most important factors for the Tour team.
20% - Bremsen - Braking. All aluminum rimmed wheels get the maximum score here, only the 3T's have a perfect score as well.
10% - Seitensteifigkeit - Stiffness. Deflection of the wheels from side-to-side was measured.
5% - Rundlauf - freely translated this means how round the wheel is, or how well the wheel rolls. This is based on how well trued the wheels are.
5% - Beschleunigung - acceleration, the energy needed to go from 0 to 30 km/h. This is the number in Joules after the wattage at the top.

- The watt number in the product overview pages includes rolling resistance from the tires! Wheels were tested with GP4000S, except for the Mavics (Mavic Yksion), the tubeless (Hutchinson Fusion), the tubular wheels (Conti Competition 22mm) and the Zipp 303's (27mm Paris-Roubaix tubulars). Graph on image 4 shows the differences in rolling resistance (not very big).
- The Zipp 303 was tested with the 27mm Paris-Roubaix tubes since "they are advertised as wheels for bad roads" and they test them this way "because the pro's also ride them this way".
- The graph in image 3 the difference in watts to Zipp 808s is shown for both the Canyon F8, and to the Speed Concept. The speed concept was always equipped with a HED disc wheel, so only the difference for the front wheel is shown. (shallow section rims perform relatively a lot worse in the Speed Concept, so there is a clear interaction between (aero) frame/fork and (aero) wheels). The test scores are based on the Canyon though...
- The jury thought the 3T wheels rode very nervously in sidewind situations.

Well, they don't really mention the Enve's a lot in the article. You can see the test results on this image. The text underneath says:
"Bold, light and allround. Good riding impression save for the weak rear wheel. Expensive."
