hi there not sure where this should go.im trying to swap my 2011 specialized roubaix elite for a cervelo r3 is this a good trade or im i asking for too much or not enough ?any comments greatly appreciated

Any trade is a negotiation between two parties ideally leading to a mutually beneficial result. To me an R3 based bike seems more upmarket than a Spesh Roubaix but that's the sort of thing that can be sorted by a cash adjustment. If you manage to find someone with an R3 they're willing to trade then that's what you may have to do: include cash in your offer. You need to be flexible and realistic.
