@de zwarten

You have to understand that here in the USA cycling is not a top sport. You ask a person in the USA what is Paris-Roubaix they might tell you it's a French dish :noidea:

Anyway make the best of it by taking the sighs in NYC by bike. There are plenty of bike lanes, paths, and then there is Central Park. The 6 mile loop gets old after the 5th time around so if you are not afraid of traffic go to Times Square, The Village, Battery Park, Brooklyn Bridge.

To get to the George Washington Bridge (GWB) from Central Park might be a bit dicey if someone is not familiar with the area and does not do well in traffic. If you do get to the GWB do get over the bridge and immediately take a right. That road will take you to the 9W road.

Here are some links of what you can do from the GWB

BTW don't sit in a bar expecting to watch Paris-Roubaix because most likely baseball will be the prime choice.
I never took drugs to improve my performance at any time. I will be willing to stick my finger into a polygraph test if anyone with big media pull wants to take issue. If you buy a signed poster now it will not be tarnished later. --Graeme Obree
