Yes, these are Continentals. Conti has some very special editions with a gold surface, but you can't possibly buy them!
I personally asked the Conti man on the CarbonSports Open Day (he had them on his bike, see picture; I saw them in a finer edition on Hamiltons BMC TT-bike) and he briefly turned his back to me.

When will a tyre maker bring out an all-white tubular! If anyone knows where I can still find the old all-white Vittorias pls let me know (I found out Condors in London had a big stash of them, but the staff decided to buy them all)

I'm not sure if you class them as "pro's", but two of the UK's top testers have ridden them - Stuart Dangerfield and Gethin Butler.
Not sure how to add pictures here, but there's a couple of photos (for UK weenies) in "the comic" from 10 September - there's also a couple of photos on the rttc.org.uk website!
