He won worlds on a pair of either LWs or ADAs. At that point, I think that the whole crew at lightweight was still together (correct me if I'm wrong) before Cees Beers jumped ship i guess, so the'd have to be lightweights. Theres a pic at Graham Watson.

All true I think. The LWs Hamilton was on in the 2002 Giro d'Italia came from Riis (so Beers also claimed them to be his)... but Lightweights !

Here is Johan Museeuw winning the 1996 worlds:

A less known rider, Benjamin Levecot:

Finally, a picture of Vinokourov on these wheels (in the back):

And another from Wesemann:

Fabian Wegmann rode LW also at this race. No photo found yet, but I talked with him after the race and he told me, that he borrowed the LW from his brother Christian (2001 Team Saeco)

It's one of a handful prototype of low profile lightweight. Built in ~1995. But Dierl & Obermayer decided to build only high profile rims which became the hottest wheelset on the market.
After 10 years CarbonSports (with Heinz Obermayer) decided to manufacture low profile wheels known as "Ventoux". The customers want it , CS make it.
