Guys,
If I'm right,
there are no official CAAD10 framesets directly available from Cannondale.

Do you know what is the right price for the frame+fork for something lightly used or a complete bike parted-out?

Sorry if it's not the appropriate topic.

You can order a frameset from any Cannondale dealer for around $1,000......most colors are available. At least that is what my LBS told me.

Used framesets run for the $600 to $800 range depending on the colors......hope that helps! :beerchug:

My updated CAAD9 build: 2009 CAAD9 7.06kg

I am just waiting on the KMC X10SL DLC Black Chain to come in along
with the Fi'zi:k Antares 00 Saddle to completely complete the build.

Projected date of completion: February 24.

I guess I'll chime in:

Parts highlighted in yellow are pending installation.

The bike is sub 6.5kg without the computer, which makes me happy considering the parts I used.

What can I say, I love my CAAD!

hmm interesting. My LBS weighed my CAAD9 last time and it showed 6880 sitting like this:

But when I made a chart of what my complete build would weigh I came out with 6761 grams. Seems like the scales at my LBS were off by quite a lot.
Here's my ideal build (orange parts still need acquiring).

You got 240g for your KMC X10SL chain. How many links?
I got 255g for my 116 link X10SL (on my Park Tool DS2 Scale).

sorry, forgot to mention
most of the weight are claimed weights, ww listings weights and generous guestimates (or so I thought)
My mistake.

Will have to get an accurate scale one of these days

Hey I'm keen to hear any advice about any improvements - its a 54cm frame . The photo is pretty crappy , it makes the stem and the bars look funny IMO. 6.98 kg with a rival build . Thinking of weight saving but also considering a power tap .
