^ 10 cm measurement is taken from the inside edge of the pad.
Top edge or bottom?

This could change a lot.

Cheers Stoo, I though it was middle, all the UCI clarification guides suggest the middle of the pad.

That is incorrect.
A friend had this letter from the UCI re; tilted extensions as the current wording suggests the top edge of the pad when tilted.

It is now the midpoint between the high and low points of the elbow pad.

Thanks for the information, it seems clear that if elbow supports are tilted the measurement will be taken from the middle. But it does not say if it is the lowest point of the elbow support curvature. Maybe someone should inform cyclingireland they got wrong information..

New pads from 51 speedshop, and angled wedges from Adaptive HP. I flipped the extensions to get higher. Currently sitting at 13cm above the centre of the pad, so need to get the saw out.

What are those extensions?

They're 3T ski extensions. I've flipped them around for the steeper jump.

Does anyone have a line on a track pump that works wheel for pumping up disc wheels? I got the Silca "crack pipe" but it doesn't seem to work very well. Is this really the best solution?

Got my disc wheel this week... got everything mounted up and had it out for a test ride yesterday.

How is the braking on the Tri-Rig + Shiv? Been looking at one as a possible upgrade.

Good, in my opinion. Definitely a lot better than the stock front brake. I need to pick up the backing plate that doesn't have the cable guide/stop. It would look cleaner. I didn't realize that was an optional part when I first ordered. I've even thought about buying one for the rear brake.

Sounds like it will be perfect. Slowly going through an upgrading everything on the bike again.

Speaking of upgrades, this just landed on my desk:
