I had my first race this weekend on the new Shiv TT in full race mode... The first race of our state's TT cup is always at Sandy Hook National Park. It's a 7 mile, out and back course that is always pretty windy. I grabbed 3rd in the Cat 1/2/3 class, averaging 27.0 mph, 342 watts, 186 BPM for an official time of 15:22.48... I missed 2nd by .04 seconds. I felt great on the bike... comfortable and fast, just gotta remember to keep that head turtled down.

Managed 2nd overall with 40/60km-h wind/gusts and a freight train spoiling the party today mid second lap, was clearly impressed post race....
Results were somewhere between these 2 sets of numbers

Now that I've got the bike all set for race mode, I figured I'd bust out the good glass and take some pics.

Yea... that's on my list of things to do. I just need ot order the "no hanger" back plate. it kind of irks me that they sell it seperately. IMO, it shouls either be included with the brake, or they should offer it is a choice to choose one or the other.

Hey guys... Looking for some data/science relating to tire width vs. wheel width. I could've sworn that I saw some data basically stating that the tire width should be 90-95% of wheel width for aero purposes. I think I saw it here, but I can't seem to find it.
