This is my new bike, got it on tuesday, but first ride was today because I was not a home during the week...Anyway, first  for Canyon customer service (quick replays, changed the stem for a longer one...) and second, quick and cheap delivery and also nicely packed bike in bike guard... Today quick 1,5h ride, so far very happy with it!

Now photos: 7250g as it looks on the photo(bottle cages, pedals, polar...), allready changed the saddle for an SLR one

Long story, let me say that Canyon delivered the worst info according to delivery time.
First there was a problem with the payment, had to call back for something like 10 times, the service center in Holland were quit rude at the end, never got the right info and they even lied to me!

Then they lost the frame and first blamed it on TNT.
It took 3 weeks and another bunch of telephone calls before they even wanted to do something about it.
In the end they send me another frame and zo after 11weeks it was delivered at the wrong adress!!!

I've ordered goods in Taiwan, China, Germany, Brittain, holland, etc...
And for a company who is normally "specialized" in orders done by internet it was the worst service ever.
Hope the quality of the frame is beter, anyway the weight they give on their site isn't correct.
