Weight without seatpost clamp, BB cable guide but WITH SRAM PF30 bottom bracket is 810 grams.
That should make frame 733 grams based on RIDE magazines weight of a SRAM PF30 BB.

I'm 186cm and ride a 56. Almost every person can ride 3 Cannondale sizes depending on the amount of stack they want. The reach differences are very small between sizes.

I'm 185, big inseam and rode a 56.
So, my size would then be 54 or 56? I am 176,5 cm. My sadlle height is 75 cm.
