Calnago:
The problem was with my friends c60. But it seems like its the super record brakes that rubs.
Strange that its working perfectly with SR brakes on my c59. Small tolerances i guess.
I´ll give him advice about the chorus 2015 version but im guissing that he will rather switch to 23 mm

@Ekorre: It is very strange that he's having clearance issues. Just to recap my understanding... he's using Conti Comps (tubular) in 25mm mounted on a newer (2015+) Bora rim, correct? And his Super Record calipers are hitting, or extremely close to the top of the tire?
Is the tight clearance present in both the front and the rear? If so, are you absolutely certain those are 25's and not 28's or something? If you are certain they are 25's and the clearance issue is only at one end, then I might suspect an incorrectly angled brake mount hole which makes the brake caliper angle down towards the tire. If that is the case, I'd call that a warranty issue. Never seen that on a Colnago but I've seen it before on another frame. If the clearance is pretty tight at both ends and the tires are indeed 25's then the only other thing I can think of is that the calipers are opened so wide from the rim that the skeleton arms are coming down low enough to hit the tire, almost as if the cable isn't attached. With tires smaller than 25's this is never an issue, but with some 25's (especially a Conti 4000sII clincher for example mounted on a wider rim), this is very possible, even likely. With Shimanos newest brakes, the clearance under the caliper arms is constant and doesn't change depending on how wide apart from the rim the pads are set.

Long-time lurker here, thought I'd post up my latest bike for appreciation though it's not much of a weight weenie... Managed to find the frame NOS in Spain, had never been built up. I'm unsure on the exact model but my best guess is that it is a C96 due to the Thron tubing and curved forks.. It rides quite lovely, I'm amazed at the difference over Carbon/Aluminium (this is my first steel bike).

A beauty. Nice photos!
I saw this "Carbitubo Montotube' on ebay. It deserves better than Ultegra!

I'm obsessed with the ad10 and ad11. Just can't get over the beauty of those paint jobs. If they paint a c60 like that, I'm the first one on it. Wouldn't even mind settling for a c59 just can't find one in 52s. Nice bike, brother.
