rorz, how do you like those Qxl rings? I'm thinking of getting a set of those or osymetric for my 2011 S3.

I really like them but they really effect the shifting. With di2 it isn't too bad but without it was hard to shift under any sort of power

^ change cages, stem, wheels, saddle, and maybe bar + pedals depending on what you've got. Also shorten or swap cable housing and bar tape to the bare min.

Or just live with it as is, aero bikes aren't usually expected to be mega light.

You could also consider changing the brakeset to something like ee which would shave about 50% of the overall brakeset weight.
